Represents the metadata of the long-running operation.

Attributes
Name	Description
create_time	google.protobuf.timestamp_pb2.Timestamp Output only. The time the operation was created.
end_time	google.protobuf.timestamp_pb2.Timestamp Output only. The time the operation finished running.
