values and should never be used.
ALLOW (1):
Indicate that all values are allowed for list
constraints. Indicate that enforcement is off
for boolean constraints.
DENY (2):
Indicate that all values are denied for list
constraints. Indicate that enforcement is on for
boolean constraints.
