Cloud SQL offers editions for different business and application needs, with performance and availability to match.

Enums
`CLOUD_SQL_EDITION_UNSPECIFIED`	An unspecified Cloud SQL edition.
`CLOUD_SQL_EDITION_ENTERPRISE`	Provides all core capabilities of Cloud SQL and is suitable for applications requiring a balance of performance, availability, and cost.
`CLOUD_SQL_EDITION_ENTERPRISE_PLUS`	Provides the best performance and availability to run applications requiring the highest level of availability and performance in addition to the capabilities of the Cloud SQL Enterprise edition. Note: SQL Server is not available in Enterprise Plus edition. For SQL Server, Enterprise will always be recommended.
