Creates a new EdgeCacheOrigin in a given project and location.

POST https://networkservices.googleapis.com/v1/{parent=projects/*/locations/*}/edgeCacheOrigins

The URL uses gRPC Transcoding syntax.

Path parameters

Parameters
parent	string Required. The parent resource of the EdgeCacheOrigin resource. Must be in the format projects/*/locations/global. Authorization requires the following IAM permission on the specified resource parent: networkservices.edgeCacheOrigins.create

Query parameters

Parameters
edgeCacheOriginId	string Required. The short name of the EdgeCacheOrigin resource to create, such as MyEdgeCacheOrigin. Authorization requires the following IAM permission on the specified resource edgeCacheOriginId: networkservices.edgeCacheOrigins.create

Request body

The request body contains an instance of EdgeCacheOrigin.

Response body

If successful, the response body contains a newly created instance of Operation.
