Updates the watchlist for the given instance.

Identifier. Resource name of the watchlist. Format: projects/{project}/locations/{location}/instances/{instance}/watchlists/{watchlist}

This is a comma-separated list of fully qualified names of fields. Example: "user.displayName,photo".

The request body contains an instance of Watchlist.
