dari daftar Produk. Alur kerja ini ditujukan untuk semua pelanggan Google SecOps.
Lengkapi kolom wajib diisi, lalu kirim formulirnya.
Setelah mengirimkan formulir, Anda akan dialihkan ke halaman Kasus tempat Anda
dapat memberikan komentar pada kasus, mengupload lampiran file, atau mengubah atribut kasus. Tim
SecOps Google merespons kasus berdasarkan prioritasnya dan
layanan dukungan masing-masing pada saat pembuatan.
Jika Anda membeli atau memperpanjang langganan Google Security Operations pada atau sebelum 14 Februari 2023, Anda dapat menelusuri kasus historis di portal Dukungan Google SecOps.
