Why are some of these features changing from free to paid?

Which other new capabilities are offered as part of Chrome Enterprise Premium?
We are excited to introduce many new capabilities that have been frequently requested by customers, including support for non-Google Cloud deployments, integrated threat and data protection built into the browser, and protection of the Google Cloud console and Google Cloud APIs.
Are there other features besides device policies that have moved to the paid service?
Yes, the following features with Identity-Aware Proxy (IAP) or VPC Service Controls have moved to Chrome Enterprise Premium: device attributes used in access levels; proxy to non-Google Cloud resources; and IAP customization.
How much will I be charged for the new product?
See the Chrome Enterprise Premium pricing page for full details or contact your account team for more details.
What will happen if I don't take action?
