Delete a workload environment

This topic guides you through deleting an Assured Workloads environment using Google Cloud console.

Delete the workload environment

To delete a workload environment, do the following:

  1. In the console, go to the Manage resources page.
  2. Go to Manage resources

  3. In the folder list, select the Assured Workloads folder, and then click Delete.
  4. In the dialog that appears, type the folder ID as instructed, and then click Shut down to delete the folder.
  5. In the project list, select the project with the same name as the folder you just deleted, but with cmek- prepended to it. Then, click Delete.
  6. In the dialog that appears, type the project ID as instructed, and then click Shut down to delete the project.
  7. Click the Navigation menu, and then click Compliance.
  8. In the workload environment list, locate the workload environment you want to delete and click Delete. In the dialog that appears, type the workload environment name as instructed, and then click Confirm to delete the workload environment.
