Chez Google Cloud, nous améliorons continuellement nos produits et nos API afin de favoriser l'innovation pour nos clients. Les API Google Enterprise sont basées sur les propriétés suivantes :
Entreprise : ces API visent à renforcer la confiance mutuelle avec nos clients, nécessaire pour des investissements à long terme. Nous souhaitons que nos clients aient l'assurance qu'ils peuvent créer de nouvelles applications créatives sur la base de notre infrastructure de pointe, à l'aide de nos services et outils innovants.
Stabilité : ces API offrent la stabilité élevée requise pour la continuité des systèmes critiques de nos clients. Elles sont guidés par un nouveau processus plus rigoureux, qui reflète les dépendances critiques à long terme que nos clients ont sur les API. Nous nous engageons également à maintenir la stabilité des API en adoptant une approche prudente des abandons et des modifications destructives. Les modifications apportées à ces API sont gérées avec parcimonie et de manière réfléchie, avec un préavis et une assistance suffisants pour les clients concernés, y compris la fourniture d'outils de migration et d'alternatives.
Assistance : pour les problèmes client avec ces API, les options d'assistance suivantes sont disponibles :
Google Cloud Platform : les clients de l'API Google Cloud Platform bénéficient d'une assistance dédiée de la part de notre service client, comprenant une assistance pour le codage et l'implémentation.
Google Workspace : les clients de l'API Google Workspace bénéficient d'une assistance dédiée pour les fonctionnalités générales de ces API.
Google Maps Platform : les clients de l'API Google Maps bénéficient d'une assistance dédiée de la part de notre service client, comprenant une assistance pour le codage et l'implémentation.
Ces propriétés s'appliquent à toutes les API portant le libellé API Google Enterprise. Vous pouvez voir quelles API possèdent ces propriétés dans la bibliothèque d'API et sur Marketplace.
Ce libellé distingue les API Google Enterprise des autres API Google, telles que celles fournies par des équipes extérieures à Google Cloud. Si vous utilisez d'autres API Google, consultez la documentation de ces API pour comprendre leurs attributs concernant la stabilité et les fonctionnalités.
