You can get a copy of all the information provided to order and use the
Transfer Appliance service. To initiate this process, email
Transfer Appliance
support from the Primary Account used for the order with the subject:
"User Data Export Request: SESSION_ID".
Note that the data copied onto the Transfer Appliance won't be immediately accessible for export. It will only become available in the Cloud Storage bucket upon completion of the data transfer process.
Data export requests will be fulfilled in seven business days.
