Method: series.delete

Full name: projects.locations.datasets.dicomStores.studies.series.delete

series.delete deletes all instances within the given study and series. Delete requests are equivalent to the GET requests specified in the Retrieve transaction. The method returns an Operation which will be marked successful when the deletion is complete.

Warning: Instances cannot be inserted into a series that is being deleted by an operation until the operation completes.

The URL uses gRPC Transcoding syntax.

Path parameters

Parameters
parent

string

Required. The name of the DICOM store that is being accessed. For example, projects/{projectId}/locations/{locationId}/datasets/{datasetId}/dicomStores/{dicomStoreId}.

Authorization requires the following IAM permission on the specified resource parent:

  • healthcare.dicomStores.dicomWebDelete
dicomWebPath

Required. The path of the series.delete request. For example, studies/{study_uid}/series/{series_uid}.

Request body

The request body must be empty.

Response body

If successful, the response body contains an instance of Operation.

Requires one of the following OAuth scopes:

  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/cloud-healthcare
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/cloud-platform
