Name:Discovery for Media is renamed to Vertex AI Search for media. Vertex AI Search includes media recommendations and media search.

Discovery for Media
Discover for Media has two new recommendation models:
The Recommended for You model has a Generic context event type, which allows you to create Recommended for You models even if you don't have view-home-page events.
Preview recommendations is now available in Preview mode.
Use this feature to preview and evaluate what documents your serving configs will recommend to your users. This allows you to test models and serving configs quickly before you go into production.
Discovery for Media is available in Public Preview. Discovery for Media Recommendations provides Google-quality recommendations of your media content to help increase engagement.
