Method: projects.configs.variables.get

Gets information about a single variable.

HTTP request

GET https://runtimeconfig.googleapis.com/v1beta1/{name=projects/*/configs/*/variables/**}

The URL uses gRPC Transcoding syntax.

Path parameters

Parameters
name

string

The name of the variable to return, in the format:

projects/[PROJECT_ID]/configs/[CONFIG_NAME]/variables/[VARIBLE_NAME]

Authorization requires the following Google IAM permission on the specified resource name:

  • runtimeconfig.variables.get

Request body

The request body must be empty.

Response body

If successful, the response body contains an instance of Variable.

Authorization Scopes

Requires one of the following OAuth scopes:

  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/cloud-platform
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/cloudruntimeconfig
