Defina e obtenha o bucket de exportação de utilização do Compute Engine

Este exemplo mostra como definir e obter o bucket de exportação de utilização do Compute Engine para um projeto. O contentor de exportação de utilização é um contentor do Google Cloud Storage onde são armazenados os relatórios de utilização do Compute Engine. Os relatórios de utilização podem ser usados para fins de faturação e gestão de custos.
