Request for notebook instances to report information to Notebooks API.

Attributes
Name	Description
name	str Required. Format: projects/{project_id}/locations/{location}/instances/{instance_id}
vm_id	str Required. The VM hardware token for authenticating the VM. https://cloud.google.com/compute/docs/instances/verifying- instance-identity
metadata	Sequence[google.cloud.notebooks_v1.types.ReportInstanceInfoRequest.MetadataEntry] The metadata reported to Notebooks API. This will be merged to the instance metadata store
