CustomTargetSkaffoldActions represents the CustomTargetType configuration using Skaffold custom actions.

Attributes
Name	Description
render_action	str Optional. The Skaffold custom action responsible for render operations. If not provided then Cloud Deploy will perform the render operations via skaffold render.
