Looker admins and users who have been granted the see_system_activity permission have access to an instance's Usage panel, which connects directly to Looker's underlying application database, called i__looker. The i__looker database stores information about your Looker instance, including all Looks and dashboards that are saved on your instance, user information, and 90 days of historical queries.
Looker admins have access to i__looker by default. Non-admin users can be granted access to i__looker if they are also given the see_system_activity permission.
