Larger clusters might be possible depending on your workloads.\n\nFeature limitations\n-------------------\n\nThis section describes the feature limitations of GKE on AWS.\n\n### Kubernetes versions\n\nGKE on AWS aws-1.14.1-gke.0 supports the following Kubernetes\nversions:\n\n- 1.23.15-gke.2000\n- 1.24.9-gke.2100\n- 1.25.5-gke.2100\n\nFor information on prior supported versions, see\n[Release notes](/kubernetes-engine/multi-cloud/docs/aws/previous-generation/release-notes).\n| **Note:** Kubernetes 1.19, 1.20 and 1.21 are no longer supported by GKE on AWS.\n\n### Component upgrades\n\nThis section describes upgrading your AWSClusters and\nAWSNodePools.\n\n#### AWSCluster\n\nYou can update an AWSCluster to a new version of GKE on AWS\nwithout updating your AWSNodePools.\n\n#### AWSNodePools\n\nYou cannot update an AWSNodePool to a version newer than your\nAWSCluster.
