Esta página está dirigida a administradores de TI y operadores que responden a alertas y páginas cuando no se cumplen los objetivos de nivel de servicio o las aplicaciones fallan, y depuran para encontrar la causa raíz. En este flujo de asistencia, se configura una cuenta de servicio Google Cloud específica para tu caso de asistencia y se le concede acceso de solo lectura a tu clúster. De esta forma, el equipo de Asistencia puede ejecutar comandos de solo lectura con esta cuenta de servicio para enumerar pods, comprobar si se han descargado correctamente las imágenes de contenedor, inspeccionar el estado de los nodos, etc., y así ayudarte a resolver el problema. El equipo de Asistencia no puede hacer ningún cambio en tu clúster.
Antes de empezar

- Asegúrate de que los clústeres que quieras solucionar estén registrados en la flota de tu proyecto. Para verificar que un clúster está registrado, ejecuta

(ogcloud container fleet memberships describe MEMBERSHIP_NAME
, donde MEMBERSHIP_NAME es el nombre único del clúster). - Comprueba que tienes el permiso

en tu proyecto. Este permiso se incluye en los rolesgkehub.editor

Gestionar el acceso del equipo de Asistencia al clúster
Para habilitar el acceso del equipo de Asistencia al clúster, ejecuta un comando gcloud
que propaga un conjunto de políticas de control de acceso basado en roles (RBAC) de Kubernetes de solo lectura al clúster de destino. El equipo de Asistencia no podrá ver tus clústeres hasta que ejecutes este comando correctamente. Para ver las políticas de RBAC que se aplican con el comando, consulta Revisar las políticas de RBAC con antelación.
Para habilitar el acceso de asistencia al clúster, ejecuta los siguientes comandos:

Haz los cambios siguientes:
- MEMBERSHIP_NAME: el nombre que se usa para representar de forma única el clúster en su flota. Puedes consultar cómo comprobar el nombre de la pertenencia de tu clúster en Obtener el estado de pertenencia a la flota.
- PROJECT_ID: el ID del proyecto en el que está registrado el clúster.
Una vez que se cierra el caso de asistencia, Google retira el permiso del equipo de asistencia para acceder a tu clúster. También puedes ejecutar el siguiente comando para quitar manualmente el permiso de Google para acceder a tu clúster:
gcloud container fleet memberships support-access disable MEMBERSHIP_NAME \ --project=PROJECT_ID
Revisar las políticas de RBAC con antelación
También puedes generar las políticas de RBAC propuestas en un archivo para obtener una vista previa, personalizar la lista de recursos de las reglas de la política y aplicarlas directamente al clúster con los siguientes comandos:

Auditar el uso del servicio de Asistencia de Google Cloud
El equipo de Asistencia accede a tu clúster mediante una cuenta de servicio de Google Cloud dedicada por proyecto a través de la API de pasarela de conexión. Puedes auditar todas las actividades de asistencia mediante Registros de auditoría de Cloud.
Para revisar el uso, habilita los registros de auditoría de acceso a datos y busca los registros de auditoría en los que la identidad de la llamada sea service-PROJECT_NUMBER@gcp-sa-anthossupport.iam.gserviceaccount.com
. Podrás ver el recurso al que se ha accedido en el campo labels.k8s-request-path
del registro de auditoría.

¿A qué podrá acceder Google?
Este flujo permite que el equipo de Asistencia tenga acceso de solo lectura a recursos que no contengan información personal. Google Cloud
Esto significa que Google no tendrá acceso a datos sensibles, como secretos o tokens.
Además, el equipo de Asistencia de Google Cloud no podrá ejecutar comandos como kubectl exec
para
acceder a pods o nodos e interactuar directamente con las máquinas o VMs subyacentes.

¿Qué cambios podrá hacer Google en mi clúster?
De esta forma,Google tendrá acceso de solo lectura. Google Cloud El equipo de Asistencia no podrá hacer ninguna modificación en el clúster. Si el Google Cloud equipo de Asistencia tiene alguna acción sugerida para resolver el problema, se le pedirá al cliente que ejecute comandos de mutación.
¿Durante cuánto tiempo tendrá Google este acceso?
Una vez que se cierra el caso de asistencia, Google retira el permiso del equipo de asistencia para acceder a tu clúster. También puedes quitar estos permisos manualmente con los comandos que se indican aquí.
¿Cómo se accede al clúster?
El equipo de Asistencia deGoogle Cloud usará el servicio Connect Gateway, que ya está habilitado, para acceder al clúster. No se instalará ningún software nuevo en el clúster. Consulta más información en el artículo Conectar funciones de seguridad.
¿Por qué necesita Google este acceso?
Este acceso permite que el Google Cloud equipo de Asistencia comprenda mejor el problema, ya que tiene acceso de solo lectura en tiempo real a los recursos del clúster. Además, esto reduce las comunicaciones de ida y vuelta, por lo que el Google Cloud equipo de Asistencia puede priorizar y resolver los problemas mucho más rápido.
¿Dónde puedo ver a qué recursos se ha accedido en mi clúster?
Puedes auditar todas las Google Cloud actividades de asistencia en tu clúster a través de Cloud Audit Logs. Consulta las instrucciones aquí.
