Facoltativo. Se impostato su true, CLM forzerà CCFE a rendere persistente la risorsa cluster in RMS quando la creazione non riesce durante i controlli preflight autonomi. In questo caso, la successiva chiamata di creazione non riuscirà a causa dell'errore "Il cluster esiste già" e pertanto è necessario un aggiornamento del cluster per risolvere il problema.
