Contact Center AI Platform (CCAI Platform) is available worldwide except for some locations that are not supported for regulatory reasons.

Telephony

The following two options for telephony service are available using CCAI Platform:

  • CCAI Platform managed: Telephony service and phone numbers are provisioned and managed by Google Cloud.

  • Bring your own carrier (BYOC): You can use CCAI Platform with the phone numbers and telephony carrier of your choice.
