Creates a new Api in a given project and location.

HTTP request

POST https://apigateway.googleapis.com/v1beta/{parent=projects/*/locations/*}/apis

The URL uses gRPC Transcoding syntax.

Path parameters

Parameters
parent	string Required. Parent resource of the API, of the form: projects/*/locations/global Authorization requires the following IAM permission on the specified resource parent: apigateway.locations.get

Query parameters

Parameters
apiId	string Required. Identifier to assign to the API. Must be unique within scope of the parent resource.

Request body

The request body contains an instance of Api.

Response body

If successful, the response body contains a newly created instance of Operation.

Authorization Scopes

Requires the following OAuth scope:

• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/cloud-platform
