For\ntroubleshooting tips, see\n[Troubleshoot Config Controller](/kubernetes-engine/enterprise/config-controller/docs/troubleshoot)\nand\n[Troubleshoot Config Connector](/config-connector/docs/troubleshooting).\n\nSupport options\n\nGoogle Cloud offers a variety of support packages to accommodate your support\nneeds.\n\nGoogle manages the lifecycle of the cluster\nthat backs your Config Controller instance including upgrading the cluster\nand installing the latest version of Google-managed operators.\n\nFor open source Config Connector, you can get support by checking for existing issues\nor opening a new issue in the\n[public GitHub issue tracker](https://github.com/GoogleCloudPlatform/k8s-config-connector/issues).\n\nWhat Google doesn't support\n\nGoogle doesn't support issues with customer-owned `YAML` file configurations.\n\nUnsupported changes to Config Controller instances\n\nBecause Config Controller is a managed offering, you shouldn't make changes\nto the Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) cluster that backs your Config Controller\ninstance. To ensure you can receive [Google Cloud Support](/support/docs)\nservices, you should avoid the following:\n\n- Deleting a Config Controller instance with the GKE API or associated Google Cloud CLI. If you want to delete a Config Controller instance, you should use [`gcloud anthos config controller delete`](/sdk/gcloud/reference/anthos/config/controller/delete).\n- Registering a Config Controller instance to a [fleet](/anthos/fleet-management/docs) or enabling any fleet features.\n- Changing the cluster settings of the Config Controller instance, for example `projects.locations.clusters.update`.\n- Creating or deleting the nodepool of a Config Controller instance, for example `projects.locations.clusters.nodePools.delete`.\n\nDon't edit, update, or delete the following namespaces and resources contained\nwithin those namespaces:\n\n- `cnrm-system`\n- `config-management-monitoring`\n- `config-management-system` (you can edit, update, or delete `rootsync` and `secret` resources)\n- `configconnector-operator-system`\n- `gatekeeper-system`\n- `krmapihosting-monitoring`\n- `krmapihosting-system`\n- `kube-node-lease`\n- `kube-system`\n- `resource-group-system`\n\nDon't edit, update, or delete the following cluster-scoped APIs:\n\n- `MutatingWebhookConfigurations`\n- `ValidatingWebhookConfigurations`\n\nDon't edit, update, or delete the following\n[custom resources](https://kubernetes.io/docs/concepts/extend-kubernetes/api-extension/custom-resources/)\nused by API groups:\n\n- `*.cloud.google.com`\n- `gatekeeper.sh`\n- `gke.io`\n\nDon't delete the following Objects:\n\n- Kind: `ConfigConnector` (Cluster Scoped), Name: `configconnector.core.cnrm.cloud.google.com`\n\nFile bugs or feature requests\n\nYou can submit a product issue by using one of the following procedures:\n\n- **Config Controller issues and feature requests** : Check for\n [existing issues](https://issuetracker.google.com/issues?q=componentid:1161547%2B%20status:open%20&s=vote_count:desc&d=issue_id&d=type&d=status&d=vote_count&d=title&d=priority&d=severity&d=assignee&d=blocked_by_issue_id&d=created_time&d=modified_time)\n or\n [open new issues](https://issuetracker.google.com/issues/new?component=1161547).\n\n- **Config Connector issues and feature requests** : Check for\n existing issues or open new issues in the\n [public issue trackers](https://github.com/GoogleCloudPlatform/k8s-config-connector/issues).\n\n- **Documentation issues** : On the documentation page, select **Send\n feedback**. This action opens a feedback form. The\n Config Management team reviews and takes action on your comments.\n\nBilling questions\n\nUse the following resources to get help with billing questions:\n\n- To learn more about billing, read the [Google Cloud billing documentation](/billing/docs).\n- Resolve billing concerns by using the [billing concerns troubleshooter](https://support.google.com/cloud/troubleshooter/7279311?ref_topic=6288636).\n- Request help with billing questions by using the [billing support form](https://support.google.com/cloud/contact/cloud_platform_billing?visit_id=1-636564925221770723-4170709031&rd=1).\n\nWhat's next\n\n- Review the [compatibility between GKE components and cluster product families](/anthos/docs/version-and-upgrade-support#anthos)."]]
