Deletes an annotation spec set by resource name.

Parameters
name	string Required. AnnotationSpec resource name, format: projects/{project_id}/annotationSpecSets/{annotation_spec_set_id}. Authorization requires the following Google IAM permission on the specified resource name: datalabeling.annotationspecsets.delete
