If the write user event action is applied in DataStore level, the format is: projects/{project}/locations/{location}/collections/{collection}/dataStores/{dataStore}. If the write user event action is applied in Location level, for example, the event with Document across multiple DataStore, the format is: projects/{project}/locations/{location}.
