Get support for Resource Manager.
Get a Google support package
Google Cloud offers different support packages to meet different needs, such as 24/7 coverage, phone support, and access to a technical support manager. For more information, see Cloud Customer Care.
Disable application management
You can't disable application management(Preview) on a folder after it is enabled. If you need to disable application management on an app-enabled folder, you'll need to create a support case.
To learn how to create a support case using the Google Cloud console, see Create and manage support cases. Provide the following details when you create the support case:
| Product | Resource Manager |
| Issue description | Disable application management on a folder |
| Product sub-category | Create, Read, Update and Delete Folders |
| Project | N/A |
| Symptom | Request for Google to take an administrative action |
| Cloud Resource Manager Resource ID | The folder ID of the app-enabled folder to disable
application management. Find the folder ID on the Manage Resources
page. Learn how to view folder details. |
| Cloud Resource Manager Resource Type | Folder |
