Share recommendations
This page shows you how to share recommendations with others who have the permissions to view them.
Before you begin
Ensure that you have the necessary roles and permissions to view recommendations.
Share a single recommendation
Perform the following steps to share a single recommendation:
Navigate to Active Assist.
To view all of your recommendations, click All recommendations from the left-hand navigation.
To view recommendations for a specific value pillar, such as Cost or Security, click the name of the respective pillar. The list of pillars is displayed in the left-hand navigation, as well as in the Category column of the All recommendations card.
Identify the recommendation you want to share, then click the adjacent overflow menu (the three dots).
Click Share to copy a link to the recommendation.
You can also share the recommendation from its detail page. To do so, click the link icon found within the detail page in order to copy a link to the detail page.
Share a set of recommendations
Perform the following steps to share a set of recommendations:
Navigate to Active Assist.
To view all of your recommendations, click All recommendations from the left-hand navigation.
To view recommendations for a specific value pillar, such as Cost or Security, click the name of the respective pillar. The list of pillars is displayed in the left-hand navigation, as well as in the Category column of the All recommendations card.
Using the recommendation table, filter for a set of recommendations. You can apply multiple filters at a time.
Click Copy URL in the recommendation table. This copies a link to the Active Assist's category page with your filters applied.
