Method: projects.metrics.create

Creates a logs-based metric.
HTTP request
POST https://logging.googleapis.com/v2/{parent=projects/*}/metrics
The URL uses gRPC Transcoding syntax.
Path parameters
Parameters
parent
string
Required. The resource name of the project in which to create the metric:
"projects/[PROJECT_ID]"
The new metric must be provided in the request.
Authorization requires the following IAM permission on the specified resource parent:
logging.logMetrics.create
Request body
The request body contains an instance of LogMetric
Response body
If successful, the response body contains a newly created instance of LogMetric
Authorization scopes
Requires one of the following OAuth scopes:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/logging.write
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/logging.admin
