Il widget di ricerca include pulsanti di feedback che aiutano a valutare i problemi di qualità della ricerca. Questa pagina spiega come attivare o disattivare questa funzionalità utilizzando la
consoleGoogle Cloud .
Quando la funzionalità di feedback è attiva, il widget visualizzato nella pagina web
mostra i pulsanti Mi piace e Non mi piace. Gli utenti finali possono fare clic sui
pulsanti per indicare se la qualità dei risultati è apparsa come previsto. Se
un utente fa clic sul pulsante Non mi piace, gli viene chiesto di selezionare da un
elenco di motivi per cui la qualità non è quella prevista e di fornire ulteriori
commenti.
Se la tua app si trova nella regione globale, il feedback del widget è visibile
al tuo Google Cloud amministratore e a Google. Se la tua app si trova in una
multiregione, solo il tuo Google Cloud amministratore vede il feedback.
In ogni caso, gli utenti non devono includere informazioni che consentono l'identificazione personale (PII) o dati sensibili nel feedback.
