Method: projects.patch

Updates the editable settings of a Discovery Engine Project.

HTTP request

PATCH https://discoveryengine.googleapis.com/v1alpha/{project.name=projects/*}

The URL uses gRPC Transcoding syntax.

Path parameters

Parameters
project.name

string

Output only. Full resource name of the project, for example projects/{project}. Note that when making requests, project number and project id are both acceptable, but the server will always respond in project number.

Query parameters

updateMask

string (FieldMask format)

Optional. The list of fields to update. Supported fields:

  • customerProvidedConfig

This is a comma-separated list of fully qualified names of fields. Example: "user.displayName,photo".

Request body

The request body contains an instance of Project.

Response body

If successful, the response body contains an instance of Project.

Authorization scopes

Requires one of the following OAuth scopes:

  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/cloud-platform
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/discoveryengine.readwrite
