Guida rapida: gestisci le attività di etichettatura
In un gruppo di assegnatori di etichette esistono due tipi di ruoli: assegnatori di etichette e gestori di assegnatori di etichette.
- I labeler sono i revisori umani effettivi della tua attività.
- I gestori degli etichettatori gestiscono gli etichettatori. Possono monitorare l'avanzamento delle attività e aggiungere/rimuovere assegnatori di etichette a/da un'attività.
Un gruppo di etichettatori tipico di solito ha più etichettatori e almeno un gestore.
Sia i labeler sia i gestori utilizzano la console DataCompute per gestire le attività di etichettatura.

Nella Google Cloud console, in Document AI > Human-in-the-Loop, puoi vedere i conteggi per progetto relativi allo stato dei documenti.

Ricevere notifiche via email
Una volta creato un gruppo di etichettatura dal cliente, i gestori degli etichettatori riceveranno un'email simile a quella elencata di seguito. Possono accedere alla "Console di gestione" per gestire gli etichettatori per l'attività.
Aggiungi etichette
I gestori devono aggiungere i labeler (indirizzi email Google) al gruppo di labeler nella console DataCompute. Per farlo, può seguire la procedura descritta nello screenshot di seguito.
Assegna attività
Una volta aggiunti gli etichettatori al gruppo di etichettatori, i gestori degli etichettatori devono assegnarli esplicitamente all'attività di etichettatura seguendo lo screenshot di seguito.
Invia notifiche ai labeler
Dopo l'assegnazione, i gestori degli etichettatori devono informare esplicitamente tutti gli etichettatori di lavorare all'attività inviando semplicemente le email (elencate di seguito) e chiedendo loro di accedere direttamente alla console dell'etichettatore.
I gestori degli etichettatori devono solo aggiungere gli etichettatori e assegnargli le attività per la prima volta. Se l'attività di etichettatura è assegnata a un gruppo di etichettatori esistente, tutti gli etichettatori (nonché i gestori degli etichettatori) del gruppo riceveranno un'email (simile a quella riportata di seguito) che li reindirizzerà all'attività di etichettatura.
