Google Distributed Cloud Connected
Distributed Cloud connected è una soluzione hardware e software integrata che esegue carichi di lavoro per uso generico e specializzati abilitati alle funzioni di rete. Un deployment di rack connesso a Distributed Cloud è costituito
da 6-24 macchine fisiche, due switch top-of-rack (ToR) e due switch
aggregatori che interconnettono le macchine alla tua rete locale e ai rack di espansione
opzionali. Puoi collegare fino a tre rack di espansione a un set di rack di base in ogni zona Distributed Cloud connected di cui è stato eseguito il deployment.
L'hardware connesso a Distributed Cloud esegue nodi worker raggruppati

Google Distributed Cloud per Bare Metal viene eseguito su macchine fisiche, anziché su macchine virtuali, in modo da poter gestire i container delle applicazioni su un'ampia gamma di tipi di hardware ottimizzati per le prestazioni, come le GPU. L'esecuzione
di Google Distributed Cloud su bare metal consente anche l'accesso diretto delle applicazioni
all'hardware.
