Open a ticket for Google Support for Google Security Operations SOAR

Supported in:
  1. Navigate to Google Cloud console Support page.
  2. Click the arrow in the **Select from** menu.
  3. In the dialog box that opens, make sure to select from Google.com.

  5. Search for corp-chronicle in the search field.
  6. Under Support on the left side of the screen, choose Cases and then click on Create Case.
  7. In the Category field, search for Identity and Security > Chronicle SOAR
  8. Select the Priority level of your case submission and click Next.
  9. Enter description of the issue and click on the send icon to the right to see if the automated assistance can help.
  10. If the automated assistance did not help, select Next.
  11. Describe your issue, provide details and select your timezone and click Submit.
