보안 필수 서비스 공지 (MSA)는 Google Cloud서비스를 계속 사용하는 데 필요한 중요 보안 업데이트 또는 변경사항을 고객에게 알립니다.
보안 MSA를 받는 대상
알림이 조직에 전송되는지 프로젝트에 전송되는지에 따라 알림 알림은 서로 다른 사용자에게 전송됩니다.
조직 연락처
알림은 필수 연락처와 통합되어 알림을 받아야 하는 사용자를 식별합니다. 필수 연락처를 사용하면 연락처 목록을 제공하여 알림을 받을 사용자를 관리할 수 있습니다. 보안 MSA는 조직 수준의 보안 및 전체 카테고리의 연락처로 전송됩니다.

필수 연락처를 구성하지 않은 경우 Advisory Notifications는 Identity and Access Management 역할에 따라 결정되는 기본 연락처로 알림을 전송합니다.
하나 이상의 사용자에게 조직 관리자 역할 (roles/resourcemanager.organizationAdmin)을 부여한 경우 해당 사용자에게만 연락이 갑니다. 사용자에게 조직 관리자 역할을 부여하지 않은 경우, 조언 알림은 계층 구조의 다음 역할로 이동하여 하나 이상의 사용자에게 조직이 소유한 프로젝트에 대한 소유자 기본 역할 (roles/owner)이 부여되었는지 확인합니다. 이러한 사용자가 발견되면 해당 사용자에게만 연락이 갑니다. 마지막으로 사용자에게 조직 관리자 또는 프로젝트 소유자 역할을 부여하지 않은 경우, 조직에서 소유한 결제 계정에 대해 결제 계정 관리자 역할 (roles/billing.admin)이 부여된 사용자에게 알림이 전송됩니다.
프로젝트 연락처
알림이 프로젝트로 전송되면 Advisory Notifications는 다음 순서대로 Identity and Access Management 역할에 연락합니다. 프로젝트에 소유자 기본 역할 (roles/owner)이 부여된 사용자 한 명 이상이 있는 경우 해당 사용자에게만 연락이 갑니다. 그렇지 않고 프로젝트 소유자 역할이 부여된 사용자가 없는 경우, 프로젝트와 연결된 결제 계정에 결제 계정 관리자 역할(roles/billing.admin)이 부여된 사용자(있는 경우)에게 알림이 전송됩니다.

Essential Contacts lets you control who receives\nnotifications by providing a list of contacts. Security MSAs are sent to\ncontacts in the **Security** and **All** categories at the organization level.\nFor more information, see\n[Managing contacts for notifications](/resource-manager/docs/managing-notification-contacts).\n\nIf you haven't configured Essential Contacts,\nAdvisory Notifications sends notifications to the default\ncontacts, which are determined by Identity and Access Management roles.\n\nIf you have granted the **Organization Administrator** role (`roles/resourcemanager.organizationAdmin`) to one or more users,\nonly they are contacted. If you haven't granted the **Organization\nAdministrator** role to any user, then Advisory Notifications moves on to the\nnext role in the hierarchy and determines if one or more users have been granted\nthe **Owner** basic role (`roles/owner`) on any project owned by the organization. Finally, if you haven't granted\nthe **Organization Administrator** or **Project Owner** role to any user,\nAdvisory Notifications contacts any user who has been granted\nthe **Billing Account Administrator** role (`roles/billing.admin`) on any billing account owned by the\norganization.\n\n### Project contacts\n\nWhen a notification is sent to a project, Advisory Notifications contacts Identity and Access Management roles in the following order. If one or more users have been granted\nthe **Owner** basic role (`roles/owner`) on the project, only they are contacted.
