En este documento se explica cómo configurar usuarios para recibir notificaciones informativas y cómo verlas mediante la Google Cloud consola.
Antes de empezar
Asegúrate de que tienes los roles necesarios
Para ver las notificaciones de asesoramiento en la Google Cloud consola, cada usuario debe tener asignado un rol que contenga los siguientes permisos de Gestión de Identidades y Accesos (IAM). Estos permisos se incluyen en el rol de gestión de identidades y accesos Lector de notificaciones de asesoramiento (roles/advisorynotifications.viewer).

En el campo Nuevos principales, introduce tu identificador de usuario.

Asistencia con los permisos en la consola de Google Cloud
Es posible que un usuario reciba correos de notificaciones de asesoramiento, pero no pueda verlos en laGoogle Cloud consola. Si observa este problema, puede deberse a que los usuarios no tienen permisos suficientes, tal como se describe en la sección anterior.
Para ayudar a los usuarios a obtener acceso, las notificaciones informativas proporcionan a los destinatarios de cada correo de notificación un cupón de dos semanas para solicitar permisos a un administrador con privilegios elevados. Para ello, deben seguir estas instrucciones:
En el correo de notificaciones de asesoramiento que has recibido, haz clic en Ver detalles de la notificación.
Opcional: Si no tienes los permisos necesarios para ver la notificación, haz clic en Solicitar acceso para obtenerlos. Al hacer clic en este botón, se pondrá en contacto automáticamente con uno de los administradores de tu organización que tenga privilegios elevados y se le informará de que debe concederte los permisos necesarios.
Una vez que el administrador te haya concedido los permisos necesarios, podrás ver las notificaciones actuales y futuras. Recibirás un correo cuando el administrador te conceda los permisos necesarios.
Ver notificaciones
Una vez que se hayan habilitado las notificaciones informativas y se hayan concedido permisos a todos los usuarios seleccionados para recibir notificaciones, los usuarios autorizados podrán ver las notificaciones en laGoogle Cloud consola.
En la Google Cloud consola, selecciona Seguridad en el menú de navegación de la izquierda y, a continuación, Notificaciones de asesoramiento. También puedes hacer clic en el siguiente enlace:
En la lista de notificaciones, haz clic en el título de la notificación para ver más información. Ten en cuenta que las notificaciones no leídas aparecen en negrita.
En la página Detalles de la notificación, puedes ver el título, la fecha y la hora, la descripción y, posiblemente, uno o varios archivos adjuntos asociados a la notificación. Ten en cuenta que no puedes eliminar una notificación ni cambiar su estado de leída a no leída.
Según el idioma que hayas seleccionado en Google Cloud, puedes recibir un correo en ese idioma unas horas o días después del primer correo de notificación. Te enviamos este correo para informarte sobre la localización de tus notificaciones.
Limpieza
No es necesario que hagas nada más para evitar que se te apliquen cargos en tu cuenta.

Click **Save**.\n\n\u003cbr /\u003e\n\nPermission assistance in the Google Cloud console **Important:** This feature is only available if you are using Google Cloud with an organization.\n\nIt's possible for a user to receive notification emails from\nAdvisory Notifications but also be unable to view them in the\nGoogle Cloud console. If you observe this, it can be because users don't have\nsufficient permissions as described in the [previous section](#required-roles).\n\nTo help users receive access, Advisory Notifications provides\nrecipients of each notification email a two-week voucher to request permissions\nfrom a highly privileged grantor by using the following instructions:\n\n1. Click **View notification details** in the Advisory Notifications email you received.\n2. Optional: If you don't have the required permissions to view the notification, click **Request access** to gain those permissions. Clicking this button automatically contacts one of your highly-privileged organization administrators and informs them that they need to grant you the required permissions.\n3. After the administrator has granted you the required permissions, you can view the current and future notifications. You receive an email when the administrator grants you the required permissions.\n\nViewing Notifications\n\nAfter Advisory Notifications has been enabled and all selected\nusers have been granted permissions to receive\nnotifications, authorized users can view the notifications in the\nGoogle Cloud console.\n\n1. In the Google Cloud console, select **Security** from the left navigation\n menu, and then select **Advisory Notifications**. Alternatively, click the\n following link:\n\n [Go to Advisory Notifications](https://console.cloud.google.com/security/advisorynotifications/)\n2. From the list of notifications, click the notification title to see more\n information. Note that unread notifications appear in bold.\n\n3. From the **Notification details** page, you can see the title, date and time,\n description, and possibly one or more file attachments associated with the\n notification. Note that you can't delete a notification or change its status\n from read to unread.\n\nBased on your language preference in Google Cloud, you can receive an\nemail in hours or days after the initial notification email.
