Transcoder API

This API converts video files into formats suitable for consumer distribution. For more information, see the Transcoder API overview.

Service: transcoder.googleapis.com

The Service name transcoder.googleapis.com is needed to create RPC client stubs.

Methods
`CreateJob`	Creates a job in the specified region.
`CreateJobTemplate`	Creates a job template in the specified region.
`DeleteJob`	Deletes a job.
`DeleteJobTemplate`	Deletes a job template.
`GetJob`	Returns the job data.
`GetJobTemplate`	Returns the job template data.
`ListJobTemplates`	Lists job templates in the specified region.
`ListJobs`	Lists jobs in the specified region.
