Obbligatorio. Il nome logico dell'istanza Memcached nel progetto utente con le seguenti limitazioni:
Deve contenere solo lettere minuscole, numeri e trattini.
Deve iniziare con una lettera.
Deve avere una lunghezza compresa tra 1 e 40 caratteri.
Deve terminare con un numero o una lettera.
Deve essere univoco all'interno del progetto / della località dell'utente.
Se uno dei requisiti sopra indicati non viene soddisfatto, l'API genera un errore di argomento non valido.

In caso di esito positivo, il corpo della risposta contiene un'istanza appena creata di Operation.
