Updates the labels for specified Backup.

backup.name	string Output only. The unique name of the Backup in the form of projects/{projectId}/locations/global/domains/{domainName}/backups/{name}

The elements of the repeated paths field may only include these fields from Backup: * labels This is a comma-separated list of fully qualified names of fields. Example: "user.displayName,photo".
