El widget de búsqueda incluye botones de comentarios que ayudan a evaluar los problemas de calidad de búsqueda. En esta página, se explica cómo activar o desactivar esta función con la consola deGoogle Cloud .
Cuando la función de comentarios está activada, el widget renderizado en tu página web muestra los botones Me gusta y No me gusta. Tus usuarios finales pueden hacer clic en los botones para indicar si la calidad de los resultados fue la esperada. Si un usuario hace clic en el botón No me gusta, se le pedirá que seleccione de una lista de motivos por los que la calidad no es la esperada y que proporcione comentarios adicionales.
Si tu app se encuentra en la región global, el administrador de Google Cloud y Google podrán ver los comentarios sobre el widget. Si tu app se encuentra en varias regiones, solo tu administrador Google Cloud verá los comentarios.
De todos modos, los usuarios no deben incluir información de identificación personal (PII) ni datos sensibles en los comentarios.
