Contact Center AI Insights 提供 CCAI Insights Accelerator 功能，可与 Cloud Data Fusion 实例配合使用。Accelerator 允许您使用 Data Fusion 流水线传输对话数据，这是一种在 CCAI Insights 中导入和导出大量数据的开箱即用方法。Accelerator 在以下应用场景中特别有用：

1. 将大量历史数据导入 CCAI Insights 进行分析。
2. 定期安排将数据从 CCAI Insights 导出到 BigQuery，以进行频繁的实时更新。
3. 为需要定期加载到 CCAI Insights 中的对话数据安排数据导入。
