This page explains how to troubleshoot common issues with Google Cloud Migration Center login and access.

Cannot add user to the Google Cloud project

The following error occurs when you try to add an email address that is not associated with a valid Google Account to your Google Cloud project.

Email addresses and domains must be associated with an active Google Account,
Google Workspace account, or Cloud identity account.

To resolve the issue, create a Google Account associated with the email address.

Errors with StratoZone login

In some cases, you might experience issues while logging in to StratoZone from Migration Center.

To resolve the issue, try one of the following strategies:

  • During the Sign in with Google process, make sure you grant the required permissions to StratoZone by checking the relevant boxes.

  • Your organization's policy might be blocking the OAuth access request. In this case, contact your administrator and make sure that the StratoZone client ID is in your organization's allowlist.
