# 1- Cloud NAT and NGFWs

Cloud NAT and Cloud NGFW are Google Cloud’s distributed cloud-managed network security services. Together they offer a comprehensive network security solution. Their integration allows for granular control of egress traffic, including allowing or denying access based on destination address and ports.

The video talks about this integration for both first and third-party NGFWs. It also has a very clear demo done by a networking specialist that shows how easy it is to configure and get running in the cloud environment.

At Google Cloud Next, we announced the general availability of the Cloud NGFW offering in Essential, Standard and Enterprise editions. Cloud NGFW Enterprise offers layer 7 capabilities and is integrated with Palo Alto Networks advanced threat detection and TLS inspection, which is easy to configure.
