Conversation profiles provide some important characteristics about conversations. To list and create conversation profiles from the console, click the Manage tab, then click Conversation Profiles.
This shows a list of conversation profiles created in the agent's project for Dialogflow Phone Gateway and for Agent Assist. The Dialogflow Phone Gateway conversation profiles are relevant when using Call companion.
When creating a new conversation profile associated with the agent, the following fields are required:
- Display name: Display name for the conversation profile.
- Language: Language for the conversation profile.
- Enable call companion: Enable this to use call companion for Dialogflow Phone Gateway.
