Google Public Sector partner demo portal: Accelerating solution adoption for customers

Google Public Sector is committed to helping advance the missions of education and government agencies through cloud technology in a secure and responsible way. We are proud to partner with other industry experts across technology and service providers in our Google Cloud partner ecosystem to holistically understand public sector specific pain points and build joint solutions to help public sector leaders solve some of the world’s most pressing challenges - from extending critical language services to constituents, to improving collaboration within DoD agencies.

Google Public Sector is investing in partner solution enablement to better serve public sector customers together. We recently launched a Google Public Sector partner demo portal, which makes it easy for our partners to share and present Google Public Sector solutions to customers. The partner demo portal includes a library of pre-built demos, as well as a platform for partners to share their own Google Cloud demos with Google Public Sector account teams and customers. We're excited to see how Google Public Sector and our partners are using the partner demo portal to further connect government and education customers to mission-oriented solutions built with Google Cloud.

Syntasa, a Google Cloud Partner, leveraged the partner demo portal to share their Substance Abuse and Opioid solution. Through Syntasa’s solution built on Google Cloud, the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services was able to improve prevention and treatment services with modern data analytics. Syntasa’s Substance Abuse and Opioid solution combines digital behavior and outcome data to identify hotspots within the community in a granular and timely manner. The solution is built on the Syntasa Data+AI Platform—our no-code, low-code, pro-code application that orchestrates native Google Cloud services and uses the latest advances in Vertex AI. In future work, Syntasa plans to use the latest advances in generative AI to summarize the most popular topics of conversation on the mental health hotline and generate content to help improve the visibility of mental health challenges in the community. Syntasa’s substance abuse demo is available within the Google Public Sector partner demo portal to be shared by the internal Google Public Sector team with other state and local government agencies for learnings and repeatable success to combat substance abuse missions nationally.

Burwood Group, a leading systems integrator, and winner of Google Cloud Partner of the Year 2023 for the US Education market partnered with Google to implement Cloud Lab, an automated resource provisioning solution, at a large research university in Illinois. The collaboration enabled rapid deployment of technical labs, streamlined cloud resource management, and garnered positive feedback from the university's administration and faculty. This joint venture highlights the transformative potential of tech partnerships in higher education.

Egen (formerly SpringML), a Google Cloud Premier Partner, co-developed a Medicaid Redetermination solution with Google Cloud for a large health system organization to remove barriers to care. Through Google Cloud’s CCAI, Egen developed a virtual agent to proactively reach out to members for automated medicaid redetermination applications and provided a user-friendly interface in multiple languages. The solution improved reporting capabilities for key insights on services and improved member engagement.
