Method: projects.tenants.jobs.create

Creates a new job.

Typically, the job becomes searchable within 10 seconds, but it may take up to 5 minutes.

POST https://jobs.googleapis.com/v4beta1/{parent=projects/*/tenants/*}/jobs

The URL uses gRPC Transcoding syntax.

Path parameters

Parameters
parent

string

Required. The resource name of the tenant under which the job is created.

The format is "projects/{projectId}/tenants/{tenantId}". For example, "projects/foo/tenant/bar". If tenant id is unspecified a default tenant is created. For example, "projects/foo".

Response body

If successful, the response body contains a newly created instance of Job.

Authorization Scopes

Requires one of the following OAuth scopes:

  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/jobs
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/cloud-platform
