For help with the provisioning and configuration of the GCP resources that are required for SAP systems, you need either of the following GCP support options:
- Production-level Role-Based Support
- Enterprise Support

Support from SAP
For issues that appear to be specific to your SAP products, log your support request with SAP support.
SAP evaluates the support ticket and, if it appears to be a GCP infrastructure issue, transfers the ticket to the GCP queue.
For support of SAP systems in production environments, GCP production-level or Enterprise support is required. For more information about SAP support prerequisites on GCP, see SAP Note 2456406.
