南非 POPI
南非的《個人資訊保護法》(POPI) 是由總統簽署，針對公共和私人機構處理個人資訊的方式設立規定。受到 POPI 規範的機構在收集、儲存或處理個人資訊時，必須遵守這項法律。
Google 提供多項產品功能與合約保證，可協助客戶遵循南非的《個人資訊保護法案》(簡稱 POPI 法案)。必須遵守 POPI 法案規定的客戶可以簽署適用於 Google Workspace 和/或 Google Cloud Platform 的資料處理修訂條款，藉此指定資料的儲存與處理方式，以及資料會受到哪些機制的保護。
