Connect G Suite & Salesforce

Salesforce Lightning for Gmail:

Users can surface relevant Salesforce CRM data in Gmail, and interactions from Gmail directly within Salesforce.

Salesforce Lightning for Google Sheets:

Users will be able to auto-update data between Salesforce Records or Reports and Google Sheets.

Quip Live Apps for Google Drive and Google Calendar:

Teams will be able to embed and access Drive files (e.g., Google Docs, Slides, Sheets) or their Google Calendar inside Quip.

Salesforce for Hangouts Meet:

Within Hangouts Meet, users will be able to surface relevant Salesforce customer and account details, service case history, and more.

Google Cloud Platform to power Salesforce expansion

Salesforce has named Google Cloud as a preferred public cloud provider and will use Google Cloud Platform for international infrastructure expansion of its core services.

Google Analytics 360 & Salesforce

New Salesforce and Google Analytics 360 integrations will seamlessly connect sales, marketing, and advertising data across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Google Analytics 360 for the first time. G Suite Promotional Offer for Salesforce Customers

Try G Suite with Salesforce

Google Cloud is offering eligible Salesforce customers who are new to G Suite the opportunity to receive G Suite seats at no cost for up to one (1) year at the time of purchase through Salesforce. Starting on November 6, 2017, Salesforce customers who are new to G Suite are eligible for G Suite services for a promotional period as part of their Salesforce order. Promotional offer ends on December 31, 2018.

Terms and conditions

The number of eligible G Suite seats will be at least equal to the number of Salesforce seats and up to the whole domain. Actual number of seats offered for the promotion is at the sole discretion of Google.

Offer is valid only for new G Suite customers that have not purchased G Suite in the past twenty-four (24) months.

Promotional offer is available in countries where G Suite is offered.

Offer is available only to Salesforce customers and through Salesforce.

Salesforce customers who are new to G Suite may also be eligible for other Google promotions. Google promotional offers cannot be combined.

Promotional offer is limited to one per company.

The promotional offer is open to government customers assuming there are no regulatory constraints.

G Suite services will be activated by Google when the designated customer administrator proves ownership of the company domain that will be used with the G Suite services and accepts the standard G Suite Terms of Service via the G Suite Admin Console. The promotional period starts on the date the G Suite services are activated. Customer administrators can add/remove G Suite services via the G Suite Admin Console.

At the end of the promotional period, customer will be charged standard list price for the continued use of G Suite services. The promotional offer offered cannot be renewed.

Customers must set up payment in the G Suite Admin Console to continue use of G Suite Services after the end of the promotional period.
