You can share charts that you create by using Grafana, which includes support for Cloud Monitoring.
To use Cloud Monitoring as a data source for Grafana, do the following:
Enable the Cloud Monitoring API. To enable, click the following button, ensure that your Google Cloud project is selected in the toolbar, and then click Enable:
On this Google Cloud Console window, the API might be listed as Stackdriver Monitoring API.
Enable the Resource Manager API. To enable, click the following button, ensure that your Google Cloud project is selected in the toolbar, and then click Enable:
Create a service account and download its JSON Web Token to your computer:
To go to the Google Cloud Console Credentials page, click the following button:
Click Create credentials and then select Service account.
Fill in the service account name and the service account description. Click Create.
In the Service account permissions pane, enter
Monitoringand then select the role of Monitoring Viewer. Click Continue.
In the Create key pane, click Create key, ensure that key type is set to JSON, and then click Create.
After the key is downloaded to your computer, a confirmation dialog is displayed. Click Close.
Click Done. You must complete this step.
