Support bundles help the Velostrata 4.0 by Google support team diagnose your support issues. Send this bundle with any support request.

Saving a Support Bundle

To save a support bundle in the Velostrata Manager:

Open the Velostrata Manager.
Click the System Settings icon.
Sign in when prompted with the username localsupport.
On the System Settings screen, in the Logs tab, click Download Support Bundle.

Velostrata generates the support bundle (a compressed TAR file) to download.
